Day One Haldi (Baan)

as guest started arriving both the families were rejoiced .here in Shekhawat house Arjun's mother was going around instructing all the ladies about what to do and what not to do .just when she was passing by Arjun's room she stopped and gazed lovingly towards her son who was reading newspaper and said" get ready fun it will be time for baan soon".

meanwhile here in Chauhan house Rudra was made to sit on a low Stool and ladies started the ceremony of Baan as the day went on both Arjun and rudra's Baan ceremony proceeded with joy and laughter.

Day Two Mehndi

as Sun arrive a new day started rudra's mother came and started waking her saying she was getting late, today her mehndi will take place.

as she got fresh, took bath and got ready. her cousins started surrounding her .some were elder than her who already got married some were her age, who all started to tease her about her upcoming married life.

sometime after her mehndi started and went on till evening .where women laughed, talked and applied Henna to each others hand .

here in Arjun's home he was getting flustered and blushing when someone elder asked him about his wife. when he was crossing the hall his mother took his hand and said he needed to apply mehndi as it will be auspicious he denied, but also who can argue with mother ,at last his cousin applied a little henna on his hand and also wrote the word "R" on his palm when he wasn't looking.

Day 3 Wedding

nervousness the only word that could describe Arjun's inner turmoil ,he was getting nervous and thinking what will happen next as he was made to sit in mandap.

but here was excitement to get freedom, to not do chores, to get chocolates .she came to mandap while his maternal uncle carried her on his shoulder as a ritual. she was wearing a red poshak a veil covering her face. the rituals begin as mantras echoed ,Panditji said to apply sindoor and tie mangalsutra around her neck.

Arjun shifted a little and applied sindoor on Rudra's hairline over her veil and made her were the nuptial chain. he made a promise to himself to never hurt her and always protect her.
