Rudra's p.o.v

as I looked at him I only saw his shirt which was now looking like our rama. Rama was our cow Shanti's calf ,she loves to roll in mud but the thing is she is pearl white and when she rolls in mud she looks just like how his shirt was looking right now.

I took a few steps back in horror as my bhabhisa and maa told me to behave but I did total opposite I was taking my steps further backward when an elderly man's voice cut through and said " koi baat nahi bachi hai abhi Chhoti Hai anjane mein ho gaya hoga" maybe he was his father he further added "jao Arjun saaf kar lo Shakti tumhari madad kar denge" I felt a little relieved and left from there like the deer caught in lights .

"don't worry she is a kid, by mistake this should have happened""go Arjun Shakti will help you"

as I sat in the dimly lit room I felt anxious and nervous because I don't know what they will say and how my parents will react.

after sometime when I heard a roaring engine voice I sighed, phew my excitement, happiness ,getting ready all went in vain as they all will for sure say no for this alliance.

but what shocked me was a brightening smile on my mother's face as she entered my room she looked like a 1000 watt bulb I thought that maybe due to my earlier clumsiness she went mad and due to her madness she is smiling but she came and hug me while patting my head and murmured in my ears " hamesha khush raho beta" . as we broke our hug I saw water in her eyes she was looking like any minute she would cry and next she said "unhone haa kar di hai Rudra mai bahut khush hu jawai saa Sena mein Hai unke pita ki tarah aur ghar bhi bahut achcha hai aur unke Ghar walon ka swabhav bhi achcha hi pratit hota Hai jis tarah unke pita Ne samjha tumhari nadani ko mujhe sab bahut achcha laga main bahut khush hun"I feel relaxed and happy.

"they said yes rudra I am very happy Arjun is in army just like his father , and their family's nature also seems good, how his father understood your nervousness I felt relived I am so happy"

cause first she didn't scold me and my marriage is happening sometime later my father and brother entered and gave me blessings and Bhai told me that the day after tomorrow they'll come for my roka ceremony.
